Homeless kids have a sense of humor on St. Patrick's Day in Chicago (which comes a whole week earlier than the actual holiday, so maybe Chicagoans have had a bit too much of the sause themselves).

All to himself

Kirby has gone home for a few weeks, while I travel and work. He's already managed to see an enormous raccoon, which probably fritzed out all of his brain cells. I imagine he's also eaten his own weight in dog treats by now. In the meantime, Weegee - my guest dog - has the entire place to himself. Which for him is akin to taking over the world.
