Sharpies

When did it become illegal to sell sharpies to minors? We'll let a 16 year old drive a two ton vehicle on ice at night, but we don't trust them with a permanent marker. Good thing I'm over 18 or we'd never be able to put tons and tons of sharpies into the outreach bags that we give out to homeless teenagers. Whew. Disaster averted.
